How to Make the Sky IR Sensors + UV ,Solar,Light ,
The first step is to solder the components onto the circuit board,
then you need to make the Solar sensor housing.
(1) ---- 1k 10 TURN pot Resistor
Solder two wires onto the Solar sensor and slide some heatsink tubing over the top on both legs, make a note of the cable colours you've used for the Anode and the Cathode , the wires need to be long enough to reach inside the box thread the wires through the plastic tube leave enough room at the top so you can fill the tube with Araldite use some blue tack to seal around the bottom of the plastic tube with the wires protruding this will stop any of the adhesive from leaking out. Mix some Araldite glue enough to fill the plastic tube push the Solar sensor down so it just sits in the adhesive allow to dry for 24 hours. The next step is to take a table tennis ball and carefully cut out/drill a round hole to the diameter of the pen tube. Push on the table tennis ball over the top of the solar sensor, apply some outdoor sealant to seal the bottom part of the table tennis ball to the tube.
