The first step is to solder the components onto the circuit board,

then you need to make the UV sensor housing.

Solder two wires onto the UV sensor, and slide some heatsink tubing over the top on both legs, make a note of the cable colours you've used for the Anode and the Cathode.The wires need to be long enough to reach inside the box. Thread the wires through the plastic tube leaving enough room at the top so you can fill the tube with Araldite, use some blue tack to seal around the bottom of the plastic tube with the wires protruding, this will stop any of the adhesive from leaking out. Mix some Araldite glue enough to fill the plastic tube push the UV sensor down so it just sits in the adhesive .
