When I have finished an article one of the worst things about my dyslexia is sometimes putting too many ANDS in the article, I also use words that maybe too heavy for the sentence and in some cases there are many words which I do not need. Kathleen, my wife, who checks and edits my articles,but before she does this I use clear edit. I start with Dragon Naturally Speaking to dictate into Microsoft Word, after finishing the article I then run clear edit programme, this scans my article and gives me suggestions on how I can improve the content making some suggestions about unnecessary words, dubious, and overweight words weak verbs and suggestions on words I need to add to a sentence so it makes more sense. This is like having a english teacher alongside you. The programme is a easy-to-use, I recommend going to their website to find out more about it.
